The brand was founded by Levelle Kimble III better known as Velle Kimble a Chicago Fire Department firefighter, actor, and entrepreneur from the West Side of Chicago. Growing up, Levelle learned the value of resilience, discipline, and service qualities that continue to shape both his career and his vision for Noelle.

Noelle was created in honor of his first born daughter and only child, whose middle name inspired the brand. More than a clothing label, Noelle represents a father’s commitment to building something meaningful that his family can be proud of for generations to come. His daughter remains his greatest inspiration and the driving force behind every decision, every collection, and every milestone.
